Alan Schweitzer
Technical Director, RAD-AID Informatics
Alan Schweitzer is chief technology officer at Mass General Imaging Business Development. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics and his masters in electrical and electronics engineering from Cornell University. He has extensive global health informatics experience, worked with RAD-AID during eFilm installations in Nepal, and is currently directly involved in projects in Nepal and at Black Lion Hospital in Ethiopia. Ameena Elahi
Operations Director, RAD-AID Informatics
Ameena holds ARRT and CIIP certifications, earned a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University in Health Administration, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a Senior Technical Analyst at Penn Medicine’s Department of Information Services, where her duties include managing electronic image sharing and co-chair of the AI Steering Committee. She worked with RAD-AID as a SIIM Global Ambassador for the RAD-AID Friendship Cloud installation in Nigeria. She joined the RAD-AID leadership team to pursue her passion for global outreach and improving healthcare for all.
Celeste Garcia
Program Manager, RAD-AID Informatics
Celeste Garcia has over 30 years of healthcare IT consulting experience with a focus on Enterprise Imaging. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University. She enjoys establishing and executing visions, driving improvements in operational and program excellence and change management. She has been successful in leading disparate teams, building consensus, partnering with cross functional teams and working collaboratively.
Celeste’s goal is to obtain an in-depth understanding of organizational, operational, IT, and technological challenges faced by organizations. She is committed to providing the best customer service and enabling healthcare throughout the world.
Beccie Mendenhall
Program Manager, RAD-AID Informatics
Beccie Mendenhall has over 30 years of experience in Medical Imaging and global Healthcare IT Operations. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in math, computer science and premed followed by a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University. She spent 10 years in medical imaging and instrumentation research at Case Western and MetroHealth hospital before starting a 25 year career with Philips Healthcare. She has implemented healthcare IT projects in over 20 countries, many with challenging infrastructure and services. She also led operations teams at Philips providing global Healthcare IT Support, Security Operations and Infrastructure Management. Beccie sees her work with RAD-AID Informatics as the perfect opportunity to leverage her expertise and skills for initiatives that improve our world.
Sara Robinson
Associate Program Manager, RAD-AID Informatics
Sara Robinson is an experienced clinical Radiologic Technologist, Manager, and industry representative. She holds a BS and MBA from Boise State University. She is passionate about clinical practice improvement and gaining efficiencies. She especially enjoys connecting with Radiology professionals around the world. She joins RAD-AID to support global project management and facilitate AI deployment.
Satvik Tripathi
AI Scientist, RAD-AID Informatics
Satvik is a researcher in the Department of Radiology and Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. His work focuses on developing clinically relevant artificial intelligence (AI) tools, advancing patient-centered care, and promoting equitable access to healthcare through global health initiatives.
Kevin Conway
Associate Program Manager, RAD-AID Informatics
Kevin brings over 25 years of experience to RAD-AID, most recently serving as the Director of Enterprise Imaging at Mass General Hospital. He has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of service excellence, and applying IT best practices to enhance healthcare delivery. Kevin is known for his success in stabilizing and optimizing medical imaging systems while ensuring they evolve to meet the changing needs of clinicians. Originally from the west coast of Ireland, Kevin earned his BS and MS in Chemistry from the National University of Ireland, Galway, before relocating to the United States in 1990. He is eager to apply his expertise to make a meaningful difference in countries around the world where the need is greatest.

Steve is a seasoned technology professional with 20+ years as a proven enterprise IT leader. Transitioning from a successful career in optimizing IT infrastructure and implementing innovative solutions for large-scale businesses, Steve has joined the RAD-AID informatics team as an Associate Program Manager to utilize his technical expertise and strategic vision to drive positive change in the informatics practice for RAD-AID.
